Fatal Transactions on the European Union's contribution to natural resource management in Africa

Fatal Transactions has published a memorandum with an analysis of what the European Union does to address the potential problems and benefits natural resources can bring to people in African countries. A detailed overview is given on the many policies and papers of the European Commission, the European Council and the Parliament members. The main conclusion is that a lot is being said while little is being done so far.
