Niza is hosting the Dutch campaign Is Congo undermining its future? In this campaign, Niza is raising public awareness on the role of natural resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Central questions are in what way are resources as copper, cobalt, cassiterite and coltan related to electronic products which we use on a daily base, like our mobile phones, laptops and MP3-players? And what should be done to make sure that the Congolese people are benefiting from these resources, in stead of being the victims, as is the case in Eastern-DRC.
